This is a newly opened (I’m writing 27th August 2025) branch of Burger King) on the Birmingham New Street station concourse. It has a nice bright open sitting area with high ceiling, plenty of seating and lots of recharging/power points. There are 8 self service ordering screens, service was fast and friendly, I was served by the Shift Manager Nishit. Oh, and self service refill drinks machine. This is already our second visit to this new branch and we will return 🙂- Meal type

I think this new store is amazing! The dining area is spotless and spacious it's the best place to come with your family. I really enjoyed my time here today with my family. The food was ready in just 2 minutes, so I'll definitely come back!

The atmosphere is great. plenty of seats for you to enjoy your meal. the behaviour of the staffs are very polite and humble. What i found very helpful was . they are very fast in serving your foods. that's great when you're in rush for your train like me😂♥️

The food here is absolutely amazing! I tried the Wagyu Burger and it was packed with flavor, and the truffle fries were my favorite – simply the best I’ve ever had. The service is very fast, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is great, with a spacious layout that makes it a perfect place to relax. Truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had!

Polite staff and much quicker service than maccys on the ramp. Also newer and nicer surroundings. Recommended if you need a quick bite to eat in the station.

Fantastic service at the New Street Burger King. The staff were welcoming, polite, and really quick with my order, even though it was busy.
